A Mitchell Park man was arrested today after a police search of his home uncovered a large quantity of suspected stolen property and copper wiring.
Southern District Police attended and searched the Mitchell Park home this morning, Wednesday 19 August.
It will be alleged officers located a large quantity of cable, stripped or in the process of being stripped, along with numerous stolen power tools, stolen bikes and a stolen e-scooter. Approximately seven grams of methamphetamine was also seized.
The 28-year-old Mitchell Park man was arrested and charged with three counts of theft, unlawful possession and possess controlled substance.
He was bailed to appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 24 September.
Investigations into the stolen property continue.
