Police investigate theft at Port Augusta West

Sometime between the night of Tuesday 7 July and the early hours of Wednesday 8 July, unknown suspects entered the rear yard of a home on Kirwan Crescent.

The suspects accessed a shed and stole a number of items, including a yellow chainsaw similar to the one pictured below, a router, a toolbox containing hand tools and approximately 13 bottles of homemade brandy stored in glass bottles.

Due to the size and weight of the stolen property, investigators believe a vehicle may have been used to transport the items.
