4 Oct 2026 7:32pm

Police have seized weapons and stolen property following a search at Ceduna this morning.

About 11.30am on Sunday 4 October, Ceduna patrols were assisted by State Support Section officers and Dog Operations Unit to conduct a search of a home at Ceduna.

As a result of the search, police located a variety of prohibited weapons including knives and a machete along with drug paraphernalia and stolen fuel cards.

The occupant, a 45-year-old Ceduna man, was reported for four counts of possessing a prohibited weapon and three counts of dishonestly dealing with property. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

Several items were seized during the search and will be subjected to forensic examination. Further charges are expected pending the outcome of those results.

A 28-year-old woman at the property was also arrested for disorderly behaviour. She was bailed to appear in the Ceduna Magistrates Court on 23 November.

Investigations are continuing.
