Two vehicles were impounded following investigations into an alleged road rage incident at Modbury Heights on Thursday.
It will be alleged both drove dangerously along McIntyre Road, Modbury Heights about 1.15pm on Thursday 18 June. The incident was captured on dashcam and reported to police.
The driver of a blue Toyota, a 19-year-old Upper Hermitage man, was reported for driving in a manner dangerous to the public and with a limb protruding from the vehicle. He was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence and he will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
The driver of a white Hyundai, a 23-year-old Para Vista woman, was reported for driving in a dangerous manner, driving with a passenger with a limb outside the vehicle, driving with an unrestrained passenger and aid and abet throw missile. She was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
Her passenger, a 30-year-old Para Vista man, was reported for having a protruding limb, fail to wear a seatbelt, throw missile and cause and permit driving in a manner dangerous. He will also face court at a later date.
Both vehicles were impounded for 28 days.
