A man has been arrested after a break-in at Modbury.
It will be alleged that about 11.37pm on Tuesday 22 April, police were called to a service station on North East Road after reports of a break-in.
The suspect had allegedly forced his way in through the front glass door of the service station and stole items from inside.
Upon arrival, patrols searched the area and located the male suspect nearby.
The 42-year-old Oakden man was charged with numerous offences including serious criminal trespass, theft and hindering police.
He was refused bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 23 April).
Crime Scene officers will examine the scene later today.
