A man has been arrested after breaking into a shopping centre in the CBD this morning.
Police were called to Rundle Mall about 3.15am on Wednesday 8 October, after security located a man inside a retail complex.
Patrols responded and found the man in possession of a laptop and two key fobs. Officers reviewed the centre’s CCTV which showed the man had gained entry to several individual stores. The laptop was allegedly stolen from one of them.
A 35-year-old man from Glenside was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass, theft, four counts of being unlawfully on premises and unlawful possession. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
