A Barossa woman has lost her licence after allegedly trying to avoid an RBT at Nuriootpa yesterday.
Police were conducting driver testing on Railway Terrace, Nuriootpa about 2pm on Saturday 19 April when a vehicle approached and stopped short of the testing station.
It will be alleged the driver, a 58-year-old Angaston woman, exited her vehicle and tried to walk away.
Police caught up with the driver and she recorded a positive roadside test. However, she allegedly failed to comply with further breath analysis.
The driver was reported for hinder police and fail to comply with breath analysis and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
She was issued with a 12-month immediate loss of licence, and her vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
