Two car crash at Parawa

Police are investigating a crash at Parawa in the Fleurieu Peninsula this morning.

Just before 10.20am, Monday 8 June, police and paramedics were called to Range Road after reports a Mitsubishi SUV and a Toyota van collided.

The driver of the Mitsubishi, a 43-year-old man from Modbury was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries along with his four passengers, a 13-year-old boy, 9-year-old girl, 7-year-old girl and 40-year-old woman.

The driver and sole occupant of the Toyota, a 71-year-old man from Goolwa Beach was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Range Road was closed for all traffic however the roads re-opened about 2pm.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
