A motorcycle rider has died following a crash which occurred at Barmera in August.
Just after 1pm on Monday 31 August, police and emergency services were called to Tonkin Avenue, Barmera after reports of a collision between a Holden sedan and a Royal Enfield motorcycle.
The driver of the Holden, an 83-year-old Riverland man, was taken to hospital for assessment.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 69-year-old Riverland man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment. Sadly, the man died in hospital today.
Major Crash investigators attended the scene to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
