Drink driver crashes at Fulham Gardens

About 3.10pm on Sunday 20 September, police and emergency services responded to reports of a Ford utility crashing into a tree on Grange Road.

Police attended locating the driver a 31-year-old man from the western suburbs.

The man was submitted to a driver test which police will allege returned a positive result of 0.146- almost three times the legal limit.

The driver was reported for drink driving and issued a six-month instant loss of licence notice.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
