Two men arrested at Mitchell Park

About 7:20 am on Monday 8 June, police attended a Richard Avenue address after a nearby resident reported suspicious activity.

Upon arrival, police located a 32-year-old man from Mitchell Park and a 45-year-old man from Edwardstown.

Both men were arrested and charged with being unlawfully on a premises. The 45-year-old was also charged with unlawful possession after police located copper piping and a small quantity of drugs in his bag.

He was refused bail and will appear in Christies Beach Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The 32-year-old man was granted bail and will attend court at a later date.
