A driver has lost his licence for a year after a traffic stop in Port Lincoln.
About 8.20pm on Friday 29 May, police stopped an Isuzu ute on Stevenson Street.
The driver, a 34-year-old local man underwent an initial alcotest which returned a positive reading.
When the man was directed to undergo a second test, he refused and was reported for refusing a breath analysis test.
He was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice, his car was impounded for 28 days and he will be summonsed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court at a later date.
