Police hunt suspect after Glenside assault

Just after 9.30pm on Friday 4 September, police and emergency services were called to Broughton Street after reports that a man had been stabbed in the back of the neck by a man using a small sharp weapon.

The suspect then ran away from the scene.

The victim was taken to hospital for treatment and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The suspect is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early 20s, about 188cm tall with a slim build and short brown hair.
