Drink driver crashes at Elizabeth East

A northern suburbs woman has lost her licence after being stopped drink driving.

About 10am on Friday 30 October, police were called to Midway Road, Elizabeth East following reports of a three-car crash involving a Holden sedan, a Mitsubishi station wagon and a Toyota sedan.

Fortunately, there were no reports of any injuries.

Police will allege the driver, a 28-year-old woman from Elizabeth Downs was submitted to a roadside breath test which returned a positive result of 0.092.

The woman was reported for drink driving and issued a six -month instant loss of licence notice.

She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
