A man has been arrested after being caught drink-driving in the western suburbs.
About 8.44pm on Saturday 7 November, a witness reported seeing a white Volkswagen station wagon driving erratically on Churchill Road at Kilburn.
The Volkswagen was later found at a service station car park on the same road.
When police approached the vehicle, officers conducted a breath test on the driver which returned a positive reading.
The driver then refused to provider his name and address and was arrested.
He was taken to the Port Adelaide Police Station where he underwent a breath test that returned a positive reading of 0.210, more than four times the legal limit.
The 30-year-old Valley View man was charged with drink-driving and refuse to state name and address.
He was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice, his car was impounded for 28 days and he was bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 22 December.
