Drug Trafficking Arrests

A 57-year-old Christies Beach man has been arrested and charged with multiple serious drug trafficking offences and money laundering following an investigation into the alleged supply of illicit drugs across Adelaide's southern suburbs and the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Southern District CIB investigators searched a Christies Beach address and located illicit drugs and cash. The man was arrested and charged and remanded in custody to appear before court at a later date.
As part of the operation, a 49-year-old Christies Beach man was also arrested and charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of a controlled drug following a search of a separate Christies Beach address.
The investigation remains ongoing.
