Drink driver stopped at Mitchell Park

A drink driver has lost his licence after being stopped drink driving by police.
About 3pm on Wednesday 21 October, police stopped a Toyota sedan on Lutana Crescent for the purpose of a driver test.
It will be alleged the driver, a 39-year-old man from Adelaide, returned a positive result of 0.103.
The man was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month instant loss of licence notice and the car was impounded for 28 days.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
