Driver rolls ute at Campbelltown

1 Nov 2026 9:40am

A driver has lost his licence for 12 months after a crash at Campbelltown this morning.

Police and emergency services were called to Lower North East Road, Campbelltown, about 5.15am on Sunday 1 November following reports a Nissan ute had rolled.

The driver, a 39-year-old Mile End man, was not injured.

He was breath tested at the scene and returned a positive result. It is alleged he then failed to comply with a further breath analysis. A sample of his blood was subsequently taken for further analysis.

The man was reported for failing to comply with a breath analysis and other traffic offences. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

He was also issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence, and a Toyota hatchback owned by him was impounded for 28 days.
