Williamstown Police Station temporary closure

30 Jun 2025 10:01am

The Williamstown Police Station will be temporarily closed from Monday 7 July to Monday 4 August 2025 due to internal works and renovations.

No disruptions to policing will be experienced during this period. The Williamstown officer will work from the Mount Pleasant station to ensure a policing response is still available to the area.

The Williamstown officer will also continue to prioritise their response to calls for assistance and proactive policing of the local community and will continue to be supported by police from nearby locations.

In any event when the Williamstown member is not on duty, a police response will continue to be provided from nearby Nuriootpa and Gawler police stations.

South Australia Police offers a range of services online, but if people require in-person assistance, they can visit other stations nearby at Gawler, Nuriootpa, Mount Pleasant and Gumeracha during opening hours.

The most direct way to contact police for attendance or assistance is by calling 131 444, or Triple Zero in an emergency.
