Arrests made in Davoren Park

Police have arrested three men after a house break-in at Davoren Park.

Just after midday on Monday 12 May, emergency services were called to Mainwaring Crescent at Davoren Park, after reports of a robbery and a pedestrian being hit by a car.

Police will allege two suspects entered a home on Mainwaring Crescent and threatened the occupants before leaving.

The suspects ran from the home where one of the men an 18-year-old man from Marleston was struck by a silver sedan as he attempted to leave the scene. He was taken by SAAS to hospital where he is being treated for his injuries. The man has been arrested and will be charged later.

The driver of the silver sedan a 29-year-old man from Davoren Park was arrested and charged with acts to endanger life. His bail has been refused, and he will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court tomorrow.

The second suspect a 20-year-old-man from Andrews Farm ran from the area and was not injured.  He was located nearby and arrested for Aggravated serious criminal trespass, aggravated assault and theft. His bail has been refused, and he will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court tomorrow.
