Rider stopped at Risdon Park

About 3pm on Thursday 27 May, police were on Balmoral Road when they saw an unauthorised motorcycle.

Police stopped the motorcycle and spoke with the rider a 15-year-old boy.

The rider was not a current holder of a driver’s licence and the motorcycle was not registered or insured.

The motorcycle was impounded for 28 days, and the boy will be reported and summoned to appear in the youth court at a later date.
