Stabbing at Findon

About 10pm on Sunday 2 August, two teens and one adult left the CBD, from Currie Street using the local bus service.

Whilst travelling on Crittendon Road, Findon a verbal altercation occurred with a suspect male.

After the teens exited the bus on Crittenden Road, the suspect chased them, produced a knife, and stabbed one teen in the back.

The 17-year-old boy from Salisbury North was treated at the scene by SA Ambulance and conveyed to hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.

Police searched the area and were unable to locate the suspect.

It is early in the investigation; however, the incident is not believed to be random.
