Drink driver stopped at Seacliff

About 6.45pm on Tuesday 3 November, police stopped a Toyota sedan on Kauri Parade, Seacliff for the purpose of a driver test.

Police will allege the driver, a 49-year-old woman from Dover Gardens, returned a positive result of 0.131 – nearly three times the legal limit.

She was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month instant loss of licence notice and her car was impounded for 28 days.

She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
