Firearms, weapons and counterfeit notes were seized from a Port Noarlunga South home on Monday.
About 3pm on Monday 10 August, Southern District police attended a home at Port Noarlunga South to conduct a search.
Officers located an array of prohibited weapons including knives, a machete, a taser, crossbow, and dart pens. A stolen firearm along with four silencers, insecure ammunition, and prescribed drug equipment (glassware) were also seized. Numerous counterfeit $50 notes were also located.
A 48-year-old man at the home was arrested and charged with numerous firearms offences, theft, possessing counterfeit money, and possessing a dangerous article and prohibited weapon.
He was refused bail and appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
