E-bike rider stopped at Aberfoyle Park

A rider will appear in court after being stopped by police.

About 6pm on Saturday 29 August, police were called to Hub Drive to reports of a group of E-bike riders causing a disturbance.

Police were quickly in attendance tracking a rider a 24-year-old local man to a nearby address.

The rider was arrested and charged with driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on a road, drive at night without effective lights and unauthorised person drive a motor vehicle on a road.

The rider was bailed to appear at the Christies Magistrates Court on the 17 September.
