Two arrested at Elizabeth North

About 1.30am on Monday 10 August, police were called to a house Homington Road after reports of a trespassers at the premises.

Police entered the property and found a 39-year-old Elizabteh Park woman in the back yard and a 39-year-old man with a warrant hiding in a cupboard within the home.

Both were arrested and charged with being unlawfully on premises.

The man was refused bail and will appear before the Elizabeth Magistrates Court today.

The woman was granted bail to appear in court at a later date.
