Suspicious grass fire at Northern Heights near Murray Bridge

About 8pm on Saturday 6 June, police and fire crews were called to the intersection of Nilpena Road and Lagoon Road by reports of a fire.

Fire fighters responded and worked quickly to extinguish the blaze.

Fortunately, no properties were damaged and there were no reports of any injuries.

The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing however it is believed to be deliberately lit.
