Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash that has closed the highway at Fowlers Bay.

Just before 4.30am this morning (Sunday 19 September) two trucks collided on the Eyre Highway near Fowlers Bay, 20km west of Penong. One truck rolled over, and the driver sustained serious injuries.  A passenger and the second truck driver have sustained minor injuries.

Drivers are advised that the highway is closed in both directions.  Truck drivers are advised to park at Nullabor or Ceduna until the highway is cleared.
