Hey, are you under 18 years of age and have had contact with police or police volunteers for whatever reason?  
It could be at a Blue Light disco/camp, the Road Safety Centre or in your neighbourhood.

If you have had contact with police or a police volunteer and you are a child under 18 years of age and would like to tell us about it there is a form you can fill out below. What you have to say about our services and how we treat you is important to us.

DO NOT use this form if:

  • You are an adult reporting an incident – in the case of an emergency - ring Triple Zero (000) or 131 444 for non-urgent police assistance.
  • If you are a child feeling unsafe or in danger now - ring Triple Zero (000).
  • If you need to talk to someone because you need help but not straight away - ring 131 444 for non-urgent police assistance.
  • If you are an adult and concerned about the safety of a child contact the Child Abuse Report Line - ring 131 478.
