A Coromandel Valley man will face court after he was arrested for breaking into a Keswick office and causing extensive damage.
Just after 6am on Sunday 14 April, an office on Richmond Road was allegedly broken into by a man using a shovel, he then smashed 36 computer monitors, photocopier and a microwave. The suspect has then turned on a fire hose which ran for two hours before the incident was discovered. Extensive damage was cause to the premises expected to exceed $30,000.00
Western District Police investigating the matter yesterday quickly identified a suspect attended his home address and arrested and charged the 18-year-old man with serious criminal trespass, property damage and theft.
The arrested man will appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court at a later date.
