About 10pm on Wednesday 12 September, a woman got off the tram at Stop 11, between Lindsay Street and Wattle Terrace, when she saw a man riding a bicycle and behaving in an indecent manner. The woman was not approached by the man and he did not speak to her.

He was last seen riding south on Ferry Avenue.

The suspect is described as being aged in his 20s, Caucasian appearance with a slim build, and was wearing dark clothing and a bicycle helmet. He was riding a bicycle with flashing lights on the front and rear.
