A Millicent man will face court after he was detected driving with a blood alcohol reading of more than three times over the legal limit last night at Millicent.
Just before 10pm on Friday 20 September, a police patrol stopped a man driving a Ford sedan on the Mt Burr Road for a mobile random breath test.
The 32-year-old man was reported when he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.189 or more than three time over the legal limit of 0.05.
The man lost his licence on the spot for 12 months, his Ford sedan was impounded for 28 days and he will be summonsed to appear in the Millicent Magistrates Court at a date to be set.
