Man dies in Forreston farm crash

22 Feb 2021 6:17am

A Forreston man has died following a crash involving a four-wheeled utility vehicle on a property at Forreston in the Adelaide Hills.

Police and Paramedics were called to a private property on Martin Hill Road just on 9.30pm last night (Sunday 21 February) after reports of a crash involving an all terrain utility vehicle.

The vehicle containing three people had collided with a fence and a post, critically injuring a man.

Patrol officers rendered first aid to the injured man, then paramedics, but sadly the 56-year-old man who was driving the vehicle died at the scene.

The two other people in the vehicle at the time of the crash were not injured.

Major Crash Investigators have attended to assist the investigation.

Police are now preparing a report for the Coroner.
