Update: Serious crash Long Flat

About 7.20pm Friday 15 September emergency services were called to the Old Princes Highway, Long Flat after a motorbike that had been travelling south left the road and crashed into a rail.

The rider, a 31-year-old Monteith man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Murray Bridge Hospital, before being airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he remains in a stable condition.

Old Princes Highway was down to one lane while Major Crash Investigators attended the scene, but is now reopened.
