A man has died following a two car crash at Dublin last night.
Just before 6.30pm on Wednesday 29 July, police and emergency services were called to the intersection of Port Wakefield Highway and Port Parham Road following reports of a two car crash.
The driver of one vehicle, a 47-year-old man from Port Parham, sadly died at the scene. The passenger, a 28-year-old woman was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver and passenger of the second vehicle, a 67-year-old man and a 58-year-old woman both from Whyalla Stuart, were conveyed to the Lyell McEwin Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Port Wakefield Highway was closed for northbound traffic for several hours while Major Crash officers examined the scene.
The death of the man takes the number of lives lost on South Australian roads so far this year to 59 compared with 69 at the same time last year.
