Robbery at Para Hills service station - images released

03 May 2021 11:35am

Police are investigating a robbery at a Para Hills service station last month, and have released CCTV images of the suspect.

About 11.45pm on Saturday 24 April, a man armed with a pole entered a service station on Bridge Road and threatened staff. He stole cash and cigarettes before running off.

Thankfully, no one was physically injured.

Patrols searched the area with the assistance of Dog Operations but unfortunately could not locate the suspect.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his early to mid 20’s with a light brown beard. He was wearing a black ‘NY’ baseball cap, white t-shirt with motif on the front and grey pants.

If anyone witnessed any suspicious activity or saw a man fitting that description around the service station, please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
