Road toll rises

The State's road toll has risen to 55 following the tragic death of a pedestrian injured in a crash at West Beach on Monday.

The 44-year-old man from Mitchell Park sustained critical injuries  after he was struck by a van which mounted a kerb on Military Road on Monday morning 10 June.

The injured man sadly died in the Royal Adelaide Hospital late this afternoon.
