A man has been charged following a pizza robbery at Dover Gardens last night.
About 9.50pm Thursday 14 March police were called after a pizza delivery driver reported he had been threatened with a knife and robbed of his pizzas when he made a delivery.
Thankfully the 19-year-old victim was not physically injured. The victim informed police of the address that the incident occurred and was able to provide a detailed description of the suspect.
About 11.30pm police attended an address on Branksome Terrace and arrested a 32-year-old man without incident. He has been charged with aggravated robbery and will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court today Friday 15 March.
