A man has been arrested over a robbery at Murray Bridge last month.
Police will allege that about 5.15pm on Thursday 14 November, a man entered a newsagent on Swanport Road armed with a machete. He threatened a staff member and stole an amount of cash before running off east on Robe Street.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
Further investigations by Murray Bridge detectives led to the arrest yesterday of a 30-year-old Murray Bridge man. He was charged with aggravated robbery and refused bail to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court today.
