Three men have been arrested after a car was stolen then crashed at Findon.
Police will allege that just after 4pm on Thursday 12 July, a black Commodore sedan was stolen from a workshop on Grange Road at Flinders Park.
The owner of the Commodore saw the incident and gave chase with a witness in a Toyota Corolla.
They followed the stolen car across Grange Road and through back streets of Findon, before the suspects in the stolen Commodore rammed the pursing Toyota Corolla in Elizabeth Lane.
The stolen black Commodore then drove off but was dumped a short time later at the corner of Hammond Road and Foxgreen Avenue at Findon.
The suspects then fled the scene in a maroon/red coloured Mercedes sedan.
Fortunately there were no injuries. Both the Corolla and stolen Commodore were significantly damaged in the crash.
The Mercedes sedan, which was not stolen, was located by police just before midnight in Hughes Street at Woodville. Three men ran away from the car but were apprehended soon after.
A 38-year-old Wynn Vale man, a 31-year-old Cowandilla man and a 25-year-old Christie Downs man were charged with numerous offences including illegal use of a motor vehicle, aggravated acts to endanger life, unlawful possession and breach of bail.
The Wynn Vale and Cowandilla men were bailed to appear in court at a later date, while the Christie Downs man did not apply for bail and will appear in court today.
