A Roxby Downs man will face court after he was detected driving with a blood alcohol reading of more than double the legal limit last night in Roxby Downs.
Just after 9.30pm on Friday 20 September, a police patrol stopped a man driving a Nissan 4WD on Olympic Way for a mobile random breath test.
The 48-year-old man was reported when he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.105 or more than double the legal limit of 0.05.
The man lost his licence on the spot for six months, his Nissan Pathfinder was impounded for 28 days and he will be summonsed to appear in court at a date to be set.
