Man arrested after break-in at Whyalla Norrie

Police will allege that about 3.20pm on Thursday 16 November, patrols were called to a house in George Avenue after reports of a break-in.

Police located the suspect a short distance away in possession of stolen property.

A 34-year-old local man was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass, theft and breach of bail.

He was refused bail and will appear in the Whyalla Magistrates Court today (Friday 17 November).
