A man has been detected drink driving at Ceduna early this morning.
About 4am on Thursday 23 May police were alerted to a possible drink driver in a silver Holden sedan within the town.
Police searched the area and located the suspect vehicle on Park Terrace.
The driver was breath tested and allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.213. Checks on his licence revealed that he was disqualified and checks on the car showed that it was unregistered.
A 33-year-old man from Yalata was reported for drink driving, driving disqualified and driving an unregistered vehicle. He was also issued with a twelve month instant loss of licence and the vehicle was impounded for 28 days. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
