Reporting Breaches

SAPOL is currently handling a large number of reports from members of the public regarding suspected breaches of self-quarantine and self-isolation orders by person; and businesses suspected of not complying with current restrictions.

Reporting to Police

Members of the public are able to report the following matters to police on either 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 including online at http://crimestopperssa.com.au if you wish to remain anonymous.

  • there is suspected breaches of self-quarantine and self-isolation orders by people
  • there is a specific need for police attendance (eg: disturbance or assaults occurring)
  • it the suspected breaches occur within the following areas:
    • Licensed premises including the casino and gaming areas
    • Tattoo and body modification
    • Massage parlours
  • the issue relates to a residential gathering
  • the complaint/query is in a regional LSA (at this time regional areas still retain responsibility for local issues )

For businesses suspected of not complying with current restrictions please call the COVID-19 Hotline on:

  • 1800 253 787 between 9am – 5 pm daily.

At all other times:

SA Police urge all individuals and businesses to comply with their obligations.
