  • For the Police Assistance number TTY users dial 133 677 and then ask for 131 444.

  • For the Crimestoppers number TTY users dial 1800 555 677 and then ask for 1800 333 000.

  • For the Police Assistance number Speak and Listen users dial 1300 555 727 and then ask for 131 444.

  • Internet Relay users use the following link https://www.iprelay.com.au/call/index.aspx and then type in the emergency services information number that you need.
     
  • Video Relay Users****, choose the nrs.videorelay contact on Skype that is online and available. Then ask for the number of the emergency services information number that you need.

  • If you prefer to use SMS relay, send an SMS to the NRS on 0423 677 767. In this SMS, include the number of the emergency services information number that you need and a short message for the emergency services information number.
