Service Charter & Feedback

Sig Ser Feedback Button

South Australia Police is committed to service excellence by consistently delivering service of the highest quality to the community.

The Service Delivery Charter (SDC) details how SAPOL employees will interact with the community when people seek or need a service from South Australia Police, and the standard of service afforded to offenders, suspects or people subject to police authority.

Community support is vital to ensuring the effective delivery of police services. Building community confidence is a key strategy for police. Maintaining the trust and confidence of the community requires three things:

  • delivering services which are responsive to the community's needs and expectations
  • engaging the community, so that police are communicating with, and listening to the feedback
  • acting 'fairly', by being inclusive and enforcing the law impartially, respectfully and fairly.

These points are the foundation of our Service Delivery Charter. The charter is accessible in various languages for our community.

South Australia Police wish to hear from members of the community who have received a policing service by using this feedback form to comment on, and make suggestions about any aspect of our service.
