Service Charter & Feedback South Australia Police is committed to service excellence by consistently delivering service of the highest quality to the community. The Service Delivery Charter (SDC) details how SAPOL employees will interact with the community when people seek or need a service from South Australia Police, and the standard of service afforded to offenders, suspects or people subject to police authority. Community support is vital to ensuring the effective delivery of police services. Building community confidence is a key strategy for police.
